caseyboots: I missed seeing my mother on mother’s day because I was busy buying comics. So I thought I’d draw her something nice. The obvious thing would be to document something from our recent mother-daughter trip to Key West. One of my favorite parts of the trip was when we ate at Blue Heaven and we shared a bowl of their delicious carrot curry soup. And then of course I thought haha what if we were fighting instead of sharing and talking like chickens??!? By the time I thought hey maybe my mom won’t like this? It was too late to turn back.
